Individual Membership:
Annual Membership Fee: $200.00
The Individual Member shall be any reputable person who has a
reasonable and substantial interest in economic and cultural development
between the United States and Panama and who sincerely desires to
further the purposes of this Corporation may be approved as a member by
the Membership Committee as provided herein. Membership in the
Corporation shall reside with the individual and is not transferable,
unless otherwise provided by a written agreement between USPA SE Board
of Directors and the member.

Student/Intern Membership:
Annual Membership Fee: $25.00
The Student Member shall be any reputable person who is currently a
student in an accredited undergraduate or graduate institution or a
recent graduate (within 1 year of graduation) and has a reasonable and
substantial interest in economic and cultural development between the
United States and Panama and who sincerely desires to further the
purposes of this Corporation may be approved as a Student member by the
Membership Committee as provided herein. Membership in the Corporation
shall reside with the individual and is not transferable, unless
otherwise provided by a written agreement between USPA SE Board of
Directors and the member.

| Memberships Fee Return Policy: The U.S. – Panama
Business Council Southeast Chapter (USPA-SE) accepts credit card
payments from the web, by phone, fax, and mail for memberships
and membership renewals as well as for some sponsorship and
advertising opportunities. Since memberships (upon approval)
provide immediate access to our services and benefits, and such
access cannot be "returned”, USPA-SE memberships are not
typically refundable or transferable transactions. Nonetheless,
requests for refunds are reviewed individually. If refunds are
issued they are subject to an administrative fee of $50. If any
member provides “members only” site access codes to unauthorized
third parties, USPA-SE reserves the right to terminate the
membership without refund. Members are only authorized to "lend"
members only site access information to his or her spouse,
member company registered member(s), or member company
partner. Sponsorship fees are not refundable unless the event
is cancelled. |
